Hi, I have just started to work on a magento site with m2epro. I was able to successfully create the account, but the moment I add the list to ebay, it throws an error "Internal Server Error(s) [You do not have active subscription on https://clients.m2epro.com to work with M2E Pro.] " Can you suggest what could be the problem here.
