  1. Hi all, My client has a Magento 2.2.7 webshop and is reseiving orders via eBay. When a client is registered via Magento 2 and we create an order manually via the admin I can change the (Customer) Group from "General" to "Company". However, if we use a client who was registered via eBay/M2Epro and we try to change the Group from "Consumer" or "General" to "Company" we can't it. It reverts back to the original group when the account was created. I've checked if it was a Magento 2 bug: https://github.com/magento/magento2/commit/d77bc6acaccaecddc4bda3415d268ed21ef94981 But that's not the issue. Something is reverting the group back to the original one in M2Epro. Br, Stevan
  2. Hi all, Issue solved. As a possible option you can select tax source None in Account settings: https://docs.m2epro.com/display/eBayMagento2/Orders#Orders-OrderTaxSettings None - means that none of Tax configurations should not be applied to the Orders. Br, Steve
  3. Hi all, I was wondering if it's possible to set incoming order coming from eBay to 0% tax. I changed Tax and Customer group in eBay integration -> Accounts -> click main account -> Orders We have created a customer group called COMPANY and set the Tax Source under Order Tax settings to Magento. However we aren't sure if the tax in the new orders will get set to 0%. I've created a screenshot and added it. Hope someone can answer. Br, Steve
  4. Hi all, Issue was solved by this thread: https://minhducnho.wordpress.com/2017/10/24/magento-2-fixed-error-when-place-order-sqlstate42000-syntax-error-or-access-violation-1103-incorrect-table-name/ You have to change vendor/magento/module-sales/etc/events.xml with the code provided in the url. After that just go to stores -> all stores , go to storeview and click save. Real easy if you know it. Good luck all ;-) Steve
