  1. Hi, I'm trying to list plants on Amazon. I have barcodes, bought and paid for from GS1 but can't get anything to list. Errors include 'ItemPackageQuantity' needs to not be 0 (it's 1, or sometimes I don't even have it selected), 'barcode isn't recognised'. I have tried the bear minimum of settings - all the 'required' ones look OK. The only thing I can think of is the barcode. We are using EAN-13 barcodes - does M2epro need the whole 13 digits, or just the first 12 (as Amazon does with manual product creation)? Otherwise I don't know what else to try. Settings at the moment. Description policy - Marketplace: UK, Category: Home & Garden > Garden & Outdoors > Categories > Plants, Seeds & Bulbs > Outdoor Plants > Herbs (4224857031), New ASIN/ISBN creation: Yes, Product ID override: No, UPC/EAN: Barcode (my magento attribute). No 'Specifics' selected. The brands and manufactures are custom values, price is price, description is 'short description' and image is image. Every else is left as is. Any insight into what I might be doing wrong would be gratefully received. As a post-script, it's also taking an hour and half from listing the product, to M2epro telling me that it can't be listed. Is this normal? TIA
  2. Thanks for your reply. So it happens to you if someone orders the last product in stock? Interesting. OK, so maybe I won't bother upgrading to 1.4.3 if the issue still exists there. If you're able, let me know how 1.5.0 works out.
  3. Hi, Just wondered if anyone else was having, or has had a similar issue. Using Magento 2.3.2 and M2epro 1.42 The vast majority of ebay orders get passed through to Magento with no issues, but every so often one seems to go astray. By that I mean that the order is bought and paid for in ebay as normal, but no Magento order is created, and no mention of it appears in any events or logs, as if it just disappeared into the wind!! Does anybody have any idea what may be causing this? It happens on very few orders given how many we're processing, but it does mean we have to keep a lookout that everything is being processed, which is time that could be spent elsewhere. Thanks in advance.
  4. Not sure if this is what you're after - If you go into your ebay integration tab >> accounts, under the 'Orders' tab there is an option 'order creation rules' which gives you the option to create Magento orders either immediately, or just when checkout is completed (before payment is received.)
  5. Just in case anybody is still looking. I deleted all the "require-dev" section of composer.json. It passes the check, just stuck on the back-up now.
  6. Any joy anyone? I'm having this issue too. No details, just a fail on the C.D.D. Cheers.
