  1. Hi, Using Product Quantity in the Quantity drop down on the policy settings. All of my pricing policies use that same attribute. Note, there is another attribute in that drop down list, called QTY, but none of my multiple policies use that? Cheers!
  2. If anyone knows the cause of this, please help. This is infuriating... The Errors and Warnings page (https://docs.m2epro.com/display/eBayMagento2/Errors+and+warnings) says this: The quantity must be a valid number greater than 0. Please ensure that your Item has a positive stock. How an zero stock level in Magento be "Positive"??
  3. When I first configured M2EPro (in Magento 2), we only planned on selling on the ebay.co.uk site. We are now looking at using M2EPro to list onto other ebay sites, starting with ebay.de. I think this means I have to create the relevant policies suitable to the marketplace, like shipping policy, etc. It seems that I am unable to duplicate shipping policies that were created for the UK marketplace, to then modify and save for use as a German marketplace policy. It also seems that a shipping policy is created for only one marketplace at a time - did I miss something or is that accurate? If the above are true, does this mean I have to manually create the required policies from scratch (after testing, I can not duplicate and change the marketplace option on a policy), to then apply them to a newly created listing group specifically for the German marketplace? I need some pointers here. Cheers!
  4. Hi, Could you tell me how you solved the problem please? Cheers, Rob
  5. Hi, We have a problem where several listing items are not zeroing stock levels for our M2EPro listings when we sell out of the items on our website or via the ebay listing. Instead I see the error message: The quantity must be a valid number greater than 0. How is it possible that when my stock level in Magento hits zero, M2EPro thinks it isn't a valid number, or can't handle the number being a zero? This only happens on some listings, and not on others... makes no sense? Any ideas? Cheers!
  6. I am importing a CSV of stock levels into Magento2 (2.1.6) but that is not triggering any updates to happen to my M2E Pro ebay listings. Having looked into this, I think I found a thread that tells me why: With that in mind, has anyone found a way to resolve this issue, so I can CSV import my new stock levels, and have Magento do the relevant things to make it all work properly? (I assume it needs to mark a product as updated so M2E Pro picks that up... but how?? This help article might hold the key, but I don't know how to make sure the CSV import does this extra work? https://docs.m2epro.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=19727528#ArticlessuitableforMagentov2.x(fromMagentov1.xBestPractice)-ProgrammaticPossibilitiestoworkwithExtension Cheers, Rob
  7. I currently use the one and only Price Change setting in my pricing policy to add a specified amount to cover postage costs, in order to list items on ebay with "free postage", as it is better for search result listings. I also want to use an additional price modifier to adjust the base pricing of my products by a specified percentage, but I cannot see any way to do this - only one price modifier seems to be available. Is this the case, or is there a way around this? Cheers, Rob
  8. Hi, I am looking at how to modify our first class shipping policy to make sure our listings are within scope for eBays Premium Service. Their description is here: https://sellercentre.ebay.co.uk/business/ebay-premium-service#royal-mail This shows that any items posted using Royal Mail First Class now needs to be advertised with Royal Mail First Class Letter. This option is not shown in the M2EPro shipping policy options. How do I go about making these changes?
  9. Hi, As per the post title, this is a simple product with custom options in Magento. I don't want the options to be passed over to eBay. Cheers, Rob
  10. We have several model helicopter kits for sale on our website (https://www.modelhelicopters.co.uk/), and we allow our website customers to remove certain elements of a kit which comes with a price reduction. Is there a way to tell M2EPRO to not offer those custom options on eBay, and just list the kit complete at the base price? Cheers, Rob
  11. I am trying to figure out how I can make use of eBay's Global Shipping Program. Does this work with M2E Pro currently (Magento 2.1 and M2E Pro 1.3.1). According to the docs on ebay (https://sellercentre.ebay.co.uk/business/global-shipping-programme#opting-out) where this opting out option is listed, there should be another option for "Send it to the UK shipping centre", but there is not? Is there some other way that this works when listing on ebay via M2E Pro, like from the shipping policy perhaps? Cheers, Rob
  12. Hi, I am going through the process of adding products from categories into my listing groups. I have 3 groups based on postal cost, and each of those 3 groups contains products from individual categories in my store that are then mapped to the relevant ebay store category (as well as the standard ebay category). I have to go through each of the almost 300 categories I am using (already thinned down!!) 3 times - so that will be approx 900 times I have to go through the process of adding products to my listings. This process is taking a heck of a long time, and I wondered if there was a faster way to get this done? Cheers, Rob
  13. Hi Anna, Thanks for the code snippet, and of course the cache reminder!! Is the code snippet to be added into a specific place in the system, or simply run in isolation to perform the update once? It reads to me like it's a run once thing in its own script, but wanted to check first! :-) Cheers, Rob
