  1. Hi, We're already using m2e pro on Magento 1 with many listings and history but we're doing a fresh build of Magento 1 (clean up and take out all old extensions etc) and we're looking to transfer all the data and listings from the current build to the new one. Is this straight forward enough and will we retain full control over the listings? We'd prefer them not to be 3rd Party Listings as they were created from Magento and m2e pro in the first place. All stock data and settings in m2e pro will remain the same. I've seen m1 > m2 transfers are possible so this surely must be? Cheers
  2. Hi, I've been talking to Amazon about Amazon B2B sales and they have said that m2e are working on an integration but to check with yourselves on the progress. Do you know what is required, an ETA etc? Cheers
  3. I've pestered eBay some more and they've confirmed there's an issue and they're working on a fix. All good.
  4. Hi, I've got a bit of an issue with orders not combining within eBay when the items have been added to the customers basket. I've spoken to eBay regarding this and they can't see any reason why this would happen so I'm led to believe it may be down to my m2e shipping policies. It seems to happen when someone buys two items from different shipping policies the items get split. Everything we sell is Free Postage. Has anyone encountered this before? Cheers
  5. Hi, I'm trying to create a variation listing on eBay but I'm not sure if it's possible due to the way magento calculates the prices. I'm looking to do a range of items using Size, Colour, Type (Manual / Thermostatic) But the prices are different for each one and not consistent For example (random made up prices here) 700x500mm in White with Manual might be £45 700x500mm in White with Thermo might be £50 whereas 1000x600mm in Chrome with Manual might be £60 1000x600mm in Chrome with Thermo might be £70 The way magento works you have to set Manual as +£10 and Thermo as +£15 for example across all sizes but this isn't the case. Will this be possible? We've only ever done 1 drops down in the past. Seems like a very strange way of doing it. Thanks
