  1. The M2E developers looked at this issue and managed to resolve it. This is what M2E Support said regarding the fix they implemented: Unfortunately, we still have issues regarding the VAT not being exactly 20% in the Magento records, when it should be. We're experiencing this issue when the Tax Source setting is set to 'Amazon'. This issue doesn't occur when the Tax Source setting is set to 'Magento' however, another issue then arises - when the Tax Source setting is set to 'Magento', we are finding the shipping costs are then one penny too cheap in the Magento records (when compared to the Amazon records). I'm now trying to see whether setting the Tax Source setting to 'Amazon & Magento' will resolve both of these issues. Mark
  2. In regard to the above post (first post in this topic), the following information is true: Magento Magento version: 2.2.5. Magento edition: Community. M2E Pro M2E Pro version: 2.0. Module version: 1.3.5 (is this the M2E Pro module version?). O. S. O. S. version is probably: Linux 80.244.187.77.srvlist.ukfast.net 3.10.0-862.3.2.el7.x86_64 #1 SMP Mon May 21 23:36:36 UTC 2018 x86_64. PHP PHP version: 7.1.23. MySQL MySQL version: 5.6.40. MySQL seems to be working okay as the rest of the M2E integration is mostly working. Other Magento CMS extensions No other Magento CMS extensions are installed as far as I'm aware. Dependencies We probably have all the dependencies correctly installed as we've been using the M2E integration successfully for quite a while now. Following documentation & knowledgebase; finding other information on issue I've searched for information on the issue in the M2E forums, M2E documentation, M2E knowledgebase & through Google. I've asked M2E Support to look at the problem but it looks like we will need to upgrade our support level before we get a response from them. Thanks, Mark

I've found that others have experienced the importing of old orders when they didn't want it (see https://understandinge.com/forum/amazon-integration-questions/m2e-pulling-old-orders/). ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We also want to import old Amazon orders into Magento. Does anyone know how we can do this? Thanks, Mark
  5. M2E Support told me on 12th November 2018, the following: The reference to 'server resources' is a reference to server resources on our server (server of M2E customer), such as for example the maximum execution time and memory limit. Mark
  6. My Magento version is 2.2.5. We are using M2E Pro 2.0. I recently checked 5 of our Amazon orders, and from those 5 orders, it seemed that it was taking about half-an-hour for Amazon orders to be imported into Magento. I've looked through the M2E forums & documentation for information on the synchronisation lag but haven't been able to find anything apart from the following: Does anyone have any more information on the synchronisation lag between Magento and Amazon, for Amazon orders? Thanks, Mark
  7. We have several simple Magento products with ‘custom options’. We are having trouble listing such products on Amazon using M2E. First Issue The first issue is that M2E is not allowing us to choose the ‘Assign Settings for New ASIN/ISBN’ option for a simple Magento product that has ‘custom options’. The screen where we would normally assign this setting, does not display the option as an active link for such a product having ‘custom options’ – see screenshot of such screen below. I’m sure this inability to create a new ASIN for such products was documented in the M2E documentation last week. However, I’ve trawled through the documentation as well as my browser history, and I can’t find the documentation today. I think that perhaps M2E have changed such documentation since last week. Anyway, this inability of M2E is actually described in the above screenshot, in the text under the ‘Assign Settings for New ASIN/ISBN’ text – the text reads ‘This Option is not available for Simple with Custom Options, Bundle and Downloadable with Separated Links Magento Products.’. We also received the following error message when trying to list such products – the error message also describes this inability: “You cannot list this Product because for selling Bundle, Simple With Custom Options or Downloadable With Separated Links Magento Products on Amazon the ASIN/ISBN has to be found manually. Please use Manual Search to find the required ASIN/ISBN and try again.” The inability is also historically documented at the following addresses: https://understandinge.com/forum/amazon-integration-questions/ok-things-changed-with-m2epro-6-3-and-uploading-new-products-to-amazon/ https://www.freelancer.com/projects/magento/magento-product-with-custom-options/ We have such products that need new ASINs assigned to them. Anyone know how to get round this issue? Anyone experienced the same issue? Second Issue The second issue is that the SKUs set for the Amazon listings for such Magento simple products having ‘custom options’ is not quite right for us. The listing SKUs for the children products are being set to exactly the SKUs of the ‘custom options’. However, when customers purchase such ‘custom options’ through our Magento site, the corresponding Magento order records indicate that the SKUs for such items are composed of the SKU of the simple product with a hyphen added, and then with the SKU of the ‘custom option’ added after that. We want our Amazon-listing SKUs set in this way but this is not happening. For example, we have a simple product with SKU ‘EZDSS65CS’ that has a ‘custom option’ with SKU ‘KEYDIF’. When a customer orders the KEYDIF option, in their order records, the item is listed with the SKU ‘EZDSS65CS -KEYDIF’. However, when we try to list this ‘custom option’ using M2E, the Amazon listing SKU assigned is simply ‘KEYDIF’ which is a big problem for us. The following screenshots illustrate the issue. Anyone know how to get round this issue? Anyone experienced the same issue? I’m going to ask M2E Support about these issues. Thanks in advance for any help you can give. Mark
  8. I fixed this issue by selecting one of the 'Up to...' options - it automatically pulls the additional images from the Magento product records as additional images for the Amazon listing. The M2E documentation was terrible regarding documenting this feature - I told M2E support about this and they told me they'll consider updating their documentation accordingly. Mark
  9. Previous problem We recently started getting Amazon to do our VAT calculations for us. They seemed to be working fine but then we found that the VAT percentage shown in Magento for imported orders was not a round number when it should have been. We then changed the Tax Source setting for our M2E Amazon account to 'Magento' from being 'Amazon'. This seemed to fix the issue. Below is a screenshot showing where the tax-source setting is set: Current problem However, it then seemed to cause another issue. Shipping costs shown within Magento, for Amazon orders imported into Magento, are now too cheap. VAT / tax seems to be being taken off twice in our Magento order records however, the Amazon order records seem to be correct & fine. The tax percentage figure displayed in the Magento orders is correctly set at 20%, but the calculated shipping amounts (in the selected currency) are incorrect - they're too cheap. The two screenshots show the Magento records & Amazon records for the same Amazon order - notice the shipping costs in the Magento records are different, & cheaper (they are wrong). The Amazon shipping costs are correct. Magento records for Amazon order Amazon records for same Amazon order - shipping costs correct here What I've tried to resolve current problem I've tried a few things to fix this issue but am at a loss as to why it's happening. I've contacted M2E support about this issue, but thought I would post the issue here as I should imagine others have experienced this same issue. Anyone experienced the same issue? Anyone know how to fix it? Mark
  10. I managed to get round this issue by changing the EAN number to one that had never been used before (one we bought for ourselves). This seemed to resolve the problem. I also experienced a problem with listings with the following error message : "Internal Server Error(s) [The request cannot be processed. Please wait and try again later.]". This second problem may be related to the first - I don't know. To get round the second problem, I manually assigned ASIN numbers for such listings to the ASIN found when searching using the EAN number of the product. Previously, the listings were set-up to assign a new ASIN (set to 'New ASIN/ISBN') - this was tripping up the listings. I think that maybe the error messages have changed making me think that other things were wrong.

  12. There is are possible solutions for this issue described at https://community.m2epro.com/topic/124-error-message/. Mark
  13. I'm getting this same issue. Any ideas why this might be happening? Our issue has happened over a year since Kerly's issue (last reply in this thread.) I'm thinking of contacting M2E Support regarding this issue. Mark
  14. Hello, I have a similar problem. I have no idea what to set the Additional Images attribute to, in order to also upload all the images bar the base image (which is already uploaded as the main image), to an Amazon listing. I've tried about three different settings to no avail. There's hardly any guidance regarding this in the M2E documentation. Please can someone help? Thanks, Mark
