"Internal Server Error(s) You do not have active subscription on https://clients.m2epro.com " on using list items on ebay

Hi,

I have just started to work on a magento site with m2epro. I was able to successfully create the account, but the moment I add the list to ebay, it throws an error

"Internal Server Error(s) [You do not have active subscription on https://clients.m2epro.com to work with M2E Pro.] "

Can you suggest what could be the problem here.

The error means that there are no any accounts added to your current subscription or account was registered under another email address. In this case you need to contact support regarding this issue and providing eBay/Amazon accounts data (eBay user id or/and Amazon merchant id) you want to add to subscription. Also, you should provide email address which is associated to your active subscription.
