ERROR During Migration from Mage 1 to Mage 2

Recommended Posts

Hi,

During a migration from Mage 1 to 2 following the instructions here, we completed Step 1. Next, we exported the M2EPro tables (using phpMyAdmin export). We changed the prefixes on the tables (ffs_m2epro_ to mget_m2epro_. We then imported (using phpMyAdmin) the table structures and data. We spot checked the SQL and used phpMyAdmin to verify that the tables and data seemed to have been migrated properly.

At this point, we were ready to press CONTINUE in Step 2. As per the instructions, the login screen appeared and we logged in. We then immediately receive the following error:

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function isAllowed() on null in /home/fathers2/public_html/v23/app/code/Ess/M2ePro/Plugin/Menu/Magento/Backend/Model/Menu/Config.php:143 Stack trace: #0 /home/fathers2/public_html/v23/app/code/Ess/M2ePro/Plugin/Menu/Magento/Backend/Model/Menu/Config.php(83): Ess\M2ePro\Plugin\Menu\Magento\Backend\Model\Menu\Config->processMaintenance(Object(Magento\Backend\Model\Menu)) #1 /home/fathers2/public_html/v23/app/code/Ess/M2ePro/Plugin/AbstractPlugin.php(43): Ess\M2ePro\Plugin\Menu\Magento\Backend\Model\Menu\Config->processGetMenu(Object(Magento\Backend\Model\Menu\Config\Interceptor), Object(Closure), Array) #2 /home/fathers2/public_html/v23/app/code/Ess/M2ePro/Plugin/Menu/Magento/Backend/Model/Menu/Config.php(54): Ess\M2ePro\Plugin\AbstractPlugin->execute('getMenu', Object(Magento\Backend\Model\Menu\Config\Interceptor), Object(Closure)) #3 /home/fathers2/public_html/v23/vendor/magento/framework/Interception/Interceptor.php(135): Ess\M2ePro\Plugin\Menu\Magento\Backend\Model\Menu\Conf in /home/fathers2/public_html/v23/app/code/Ess/M2ePro/Plugin/Menu/Magento/Backend/Model/Menu/Config.php on line 143

We have cleared browser cache, magento cache (via ssh), and rebuilt indexes (via ssh).

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks,
