Synchronisation Issue

We are currently travelling overseas over the Christmas holidays, we are still listing and selling on website and ebay while away.

We are unable to sync listing and sales and error log is showing "For security reasons, please log in again". I have logged out a number of times and have checked to ensure Token is Valid and activated.

Please advise what is the possible cause of this error and how to go about fixing this error.
