Error - Buyers love large photos that clearly show the item, so please upload high-resolution photos that are at least 500 pixels on the longest side

Recommended Posts

Since last night, when attempting to list any products I am receiving this message:

Error - Buyers love large photos that clearly show the item, so please upload high-resolution photos that are at least 500 pixels on the longest side

All the images are at least 1000 pixels on the shortest side, I previously had the items listed with no issues.  Everything was fine earlier in the day then a couple hours later the error started.

Looks like the images don't meet eBay's requirements.
The first thing I would verify is that pictures are at least 500 pixels on the longest side (that is one of eBay's recommendations).
You may find this guide helpful https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/listings/adding-pictures-listings?id=4148, eBay describes the requirements for photos here. I hope this helps

Hi, as Hanna said, eBay has a lot of requirements about the Listed pictures. Also, such errors are returned by eBay API and M2E just receives and shows them.

I had the case with HTTPS images some time ago. I recommend checking whether your images meet all of the requirements and fixing all of the inconsistencies. Ones this is done the photos should be uploaded by eBay.

I found something in M2E documentation
