Amazon not connecting

Hello since Friday morning can't synchronise the Amazon orders etc.

Getting the below, despite checking settings and once again going to Amazon authorisation page:

Internal Server Error(s) [Account authorization is failed. Please ensure Amazon account settings are correct.]

 

Anyone with this issue? Opened a ticket with m2e but of course, the answer will be in a week... despite paying over £200 monthly to them.

Hi

Have you received a response from m2e?  

We had the same error displayed for one of our amazon accounts. Guys from m2e explained that the error is returned after Amazon introduced the changes on feb 10. Here is where Amazon announced it https://sellercentral.amazon.com/forums/ann.jspa?annID=383 Looks like you are going through the same.
